How do I review wrong answers effectively?
Answer
Treat every incorrect answer as data, not failure. For each miss, write one line naming the reason — knowledge gap, misread stem, trap distractor, or timing pressure. Group entries weekly: content misses return to your resource of choice, while logic misses get re-drilled with similar stems. Re-answer the same question three to seven days later from a shuffled pool; if you miss it twice, it graduates into your flashcard deck. This loop converts a raw score chart into a targeted curriculum.
