Welcome to ClinIQ, a medical education platform operated by ClinIQ ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the ClinIQ mobile application or website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Account Terms

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use ClinIQ.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You may not share your account credentials with others. Each subscription is for individual use only.
• Your account may be used on a maximum of 2 devices simultaneously.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscription & Payments

ClinIQ offers various subscription plans including Monthly, Quarterly, Biannual, Yearly, and Lifetime options. All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD).

• Payments are processed securely through PayPal or authorized payment processors.
• Subscriptions are non-recurring; you will need to manually renew when your subscription expires.
• Upon successful payment, you will receive an activation code to use in the ClinIQ app.
• Activation codes are single-use and cannot be transferred to another account once activated.
• We do not offer refunds for unused subscription time, except as required by law.

4. Free Trial

New users are eligible for a one-time 2-day free trial with full access to all features. The free trial is limited to one per user and may not be extended or renewed. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

• All content including QBank questions, eBooks, and educational materials are protected by copyright.
• eBooks are protected with advanced content protection and can only be accessed through the ClinIQ app.
• You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any content from ClinIQ.
• Screenshots, screen recordings, or any form of content capture is strictly prohibited.
• Violation of intellectual property terms may result in immediate account termination.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Sharing your account credentials or activation codes with others.
• Attempting to bypass security measures or device limits.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the application.
• Using the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

7. Disclaimer

ClinIQ is an educational platform designed to supplement medical education. The content provided is for learning purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClinIQ and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through international arbitration.
