Step-by-Step: Creating Your MyIntealth Account & Identity Verification

Begin by creating your account on MyIntealth (myintealth.app). Your first, middle, and last legal names must match your valid international passport exactly down to the letter; minor name discrepancies between identity documents and registration records cause significant administrative delays.

Identity verification is completed remotely via an integrated online notary session through NotaryCam. During this brief video verification, a certified notary validates your passport and electronic signature, establishing your permanent USMLE/ECFMG identification record.

The Four Pillars of ECFMG Certification

To attain full ECFMG Certification and become eligible for the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP Match), international medical graduates must fulfill four core requirements:

• Primary Medical Qualification Verification: Your international medical school must be recognized in the World Directory of Medical Schools (WDOMS) with an ECFMG sponsor note, and your transcript/diploma verified via the EMSWP portal.
